This sweet little house was my first home. I cherished it so much! I kept the original wood floors and updated the kitchen with new appliances. There is an 8 foot privacy wood fence on the main side of the house to make the backyard feel very private. I hope you love the place as much as I did! I am always available because I love Broadmoor so much I stayed in the neighborhood.
The neighborhood has sidewalks and parking is available in driveway and on the street.
